Welcome from the Dean
We’re Helping Our Students Make History Every Day
Since we welcomed our first class of students in 1909, San Francisco Law School has dedicated itself to inclusivity and accessibility. While fighting for civil rights for all, we’ve helped women, minority students, and other communities who were categorically excluded from higher education to pursue advanced degrees.
As the oldest evening law school in the Western United States, SFLS paved the way for working adults and parents to pursue a law degree otherwise inaccessible to them. This evening class schedule offered the flexibility that so many needed to become exceptional lawyers.
Sincerely,
Timothy P. Weimer
Dean, San Francisco Law School
